I agree. I wasn't sure if I would enjoy this class at the beginning but I come away amazed. I not only learned more about technology than ever before, but I also had a really good time. It reminded me that learning isn't always supposed to be stressful and that if you enjoy what you are doing hard work can be fun.

Another article on the Importance of online social networking from MediaPost
http://publications.mediapost.com/?fuseaction=Articles.showArticle&art_aid=37364,
referring to the recent Business Week article on MySpace (you do need to register for it)
http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/05_50/b3963001.htm
and which firms are doing a good job integrating their brands into this world, such as Coke, and which brands are not, such as P&G.

Mon Dieu! They never offered Pernod or Ricard 25 at a Dunkin so they might as well be sold. For 2.4+ Billion $! That's a lot of dough!

Okay, it's not about blogging, but just had to mention that Dunkin' Donuts brands is going to be acquired, seen as a great brand for expansion. The article mentions its great coffee first, and then the baked goods it sells. More DD around the world for Michael!

Your iPod can catch podcasts and with a mike could record a show to be podcast. But more often, your iPod is a player. iTunes offers a simple way to find some podcasts, subscribe to them and download them to your pod. The Apple site has more specific info.
Brian Russell's audioactivism.org has a nice non-iTunes-oriented tutorial
Finally, on January 7th UNC and ibiblio will host Podcastercon, it should address all levels of podcasting. Check out the site.
